1. Delivery Coverage
Farmsala delivers across India including all major cities, towns, and rural pin codes. We use trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days.
Orders dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
Orders below ₹499: ₹49 flat shipping.
COD orders: Additional ₹30 handling charge.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can also track your order from My Account.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD available for orders up to ₹3,000. Repeated order rejections may result in COD being restricted.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
