Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. General Return Policy

Please do not accept the package if it appears damaged, tampered with or torn at the time of delivery.\n\nIn the event that the product/products are found to be physically damaged, defective or different from the description on the product detail page, the order shall be subject to refund as per the policy conditions. The customer can raise a complaint and share supporting images along with an unboxing video of the damaged order and the receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery with the customer care team to substantiate their claim. The reporting needs to be done within 24 hours of delivery of the order.\n\nIn case of partial delivery, the customer can raise a complaint and share the unboxing video of the order clearly showing all the items received by the customer along with the receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery with the customer care team to substantiate their claim. 2. Refund Policy

Refunds can be requested if at least one of the following conditions applies:\n\na) Item received is physically damaged;\nb) Item received has missing parts;\nc) Item received is different from the description on the product detail page.

3. Refund Notes

i) Refund will be initiated after due verification by personnel from the seller within 48 working hours from the time the request is raised by the customer.\n\nii) In case the product is found to be physically damaged, defective or different from the description, the refund for the products will be processed to the source mode of payment within 5–9 business days.

4. Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold, replacement is not allowed on Farmsala.

5. Cancellation Policy

An order once shipped from the warehouse is not entitled to be cancelled.\n\nIf any customer refuses to accept his/her order delivery, then the forward and reverse shipping charges will be charged to the customer.\n\nThe company reserves the right to cancel orders due to any operational or technical reasons. The company will not be liable for any damages to the customers for such orders. The amount for such orders to be refunded to the customer will be equal to the amount paid by the customer excluding any coupon/discount value redeemed by the customer.
